SHIPPING

The timeline of delivery depends on your country and upon the receipt of payment: 

  • National: next day express delivery by DHL 
  • International: 1-2 business days, depending on customs, by DHL Express 

INTERNATIONAL*
We offer free shipping for International orders over CHF 250 or CHF 350, no shipping costs are calculated. All other orders below CHF 250 or CHF 350 will be calculated with the shipping costs and will be shipped via DHL Express with a tracking number. 

*PLEASE NOTE: CUSTOMS & DUTIES CHARGES WILL OCCUR - Orders ship from Switzerland, which is outside of the EU. These charges are not included in shipping costs. Depending on your purchase spend value, we are sending the goods with customs duty charges and taxes paid.

You are responsible for ALL import duties, taxes, and any other costs imposed upon you for receiving a shipment from us into your country below CHF 250 or CHF 350.

If you refuse a shipment and DHL returns your merchandise to our facility, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility including but not limited to the import duties we pay to accept the return of the merchandise. We will provide proof of costs from DHL Express for the return. Your merchandise will still be considered yours, unless under a previously arrenged agreement, your merchandise will be placed in our warehouse until such time as you are ready to have it shipped back to you within 180 days after receipt of your mercandise in our facility. Re-shipping will be charged the negotiated rate. After 180 days, all unclaimed merchandise will be moved to our abandoned merchandise area and made property of NAZAN SCHNAPP. In the event that DHL Express destroys the merchandise as a result of non-delivery to you, your merchandise is non-recoverable and no credit will be given to you from us for the loss. Merchandise is destroyed upon consideration of the shipping costs versus product value.

NATIONAL (SWITZERLAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN)
We offer free shipping for orders over CHF 50 from Switzerland and Liechtenstein, no shipping costs are calculated and shipped via DHL Express (1 working day delivery). All other orders below CHF 50 will be calculated with CHF 9 flat rate shipping costs and will be shipped via DHL Express (1 working day delivery).
